A great idea is just the start
I will work with you to set a long term vision and break this down into realistic stages for delivery.
I will bring new ideas and best practice from other projects and organisations and I will also help you to identify new opportunities and innovation where appropriate. Where we go from here will be up to you but your project development could include any or all of the following:
- Options appraisal
- Stakeholder consultation
- Detailed project budget
- Identifying possible income sources
- Presenting cashflows
- Business planning
- Identifying core messages and communications needs
- Writing briefs and job descriptions
- Establishing project milestones and/or agreeing measures of success
Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery
Various contracts including developing and securing funds for and evaluating the Heritage at the Heart of the Community project 2012-2015 (£308,000 grant secured) and the Out of Town Museum project (£286,000 grant); supporting core fundraising (>£120,000 raised); developing strategy and supporting project management
Northumberland Coast AONB Partnership
I have supported the AONB partnership to develop and secure funds for collaborative projects Coast Care (£500,000 grant secured) and Accessing Aidan (£356,000 grant plus match funding).
I have also been contracted by the AONB Partnership to evaluate the Peregrini Lindisfarne Landscape Partnership Scheme, Coast Care, and Accessing Aidan projects, and also to prepare a Legacy Plan for Peregrini Lindisfarne.
I presented my approach to evaluation at the 2019 Northumberland Coast AONB Forum.
Horsley Organ Working Group
A big thank you so very much for all your help with the Horsley Organ Project in the development and the delivery stages. Working with you has always been a pleasure - let's hope there will be another time soon!
